ADD Connections is delight to have commenced operations at Lonsdale House, a cornerstone of our community for over 30 years.
At Lonsdale we offer a variety of day activities and overnight respite for individuals under the NDIS and Home Care Packages, as well as fee-for-service clients in partnership with Simple Solutions and Senior Helpers Wide Bay.
We are excited to take this centre into the next stage of its service, continuing our commitment to meeting the of those we serve with dedication and compassion.
